Okay, I suck at keeping up an LJ.

BUT, I promise I'll keep it up.

Cause some of ye may wish to know what my life will be like when I get to NAU.

Oh, by the way, I'm going to Northern Arizona University this fall.

~EDIT~

Oh

And 'Wii' have spoken

So....How long has it been since I made an entry? Too long, maybe?

Jeez. I went from something close to an addict to a loser XD

But! Now I'm gonna try and post again!
But I've got almost nothing interesting going on in my life
Marching is okay (But spirit SUCKS!!!!)
Work is okay (But I'm concidering applying someplace else. A story I'll get into later on)
Life is okay (Nothing to add here)

So...work story

About a week ago, 3 or so of the trainees had their 90 day reviews. They're all really good people, and all get work done. Of course, there is still stuff they can improve on, but they balance out to about the same. So, you'd think they'd all get the same, or similar, reviews? Nope.

Two of the three got good reviews. 8 or 9 out of 10. However, the third got a 6. How come? The manager says it was because they received complaints of her being rude to customers, and rude to employees.

She quit right there, even though she had a shift for that night, so obviously, everyone on that shift heard everything (myself included).

Thing is, everyone on that shift had all worked with that person, and at least one of those people were on a shift with her everytime she as on one. She had never been rude to customers, or employees. Quite the opposite, everyone thought that she normally kept her cool about her.

Also, it seems that the manager did the reviews without the owner present, and as basing most of her claims on this trainee from what her sister had said (and she hates said trainee)

So, we lost a good trainee, and our manager lost a lot of peoples respect (I'm not sure about Jeremy. He can say for himself.)

So yeah, based upon that, when December 8th rolls around, I'll be looking for a new job. However much I like the people who work at DQ (Shain, Jeremy, Jesse, Michael, Chris, Jordan, etc.), I really don't wanna work at a place with what seems to be a very corrupt manager.

Any ideas where to apply?

Hmmm....Vegas

Not really that fun when you're under 21, or 18 for that matter.

Cept for what odd places you see....Like a clothing shop name Fcuk (yes, I spelled it right).  And a sushi/bar called J-pop with some people that Marie may want to molest...

But the place we're staying is pretty cool.  The Venetain.  Classical itialan themed, but all the music is from Phantom of te Opera.  Just when you get iut out of your head from the last marching season, it's your elevator music on your way up to the room, and in the hallway to your room...then I start playing it in the room XD

But time to go.  I'm seeing Blue Man Group tonight, Cirque's "O", and maybe Phantom.

Maybe I'll add another update later.

So, the picutres I took at the concert are FINALLY downloaded, and upload to the massive coolness of the interwebs.  The album is located on Picasa.  Link follows (Just click on the album cover)

Dir en Grey

That muffin will forever haunt you, Marie!

Enjoy the pictures!  Some of them aren't very good, but some are actually pretty good.  All were taken with my cell phone though.  You have been warned

Ugh.

I've been home from work for about an hour now, and I still reek of ice cream, sweat, and this weird, fancy, red bleach stuff O_o

First, the PIC meeting of joy, where, well, nothing really got accomplished.  Then, I'm in charge.  w00t.

It was all good

Till about 10.  When we closed.

Trainee closing kitchen.  Trainee closing drive thru (WHY the HELL did I do that...).

Trainees are useless.  Except in packs.  Then they are a a formitable person.  Like Capitan Planet.  That that weird ziodish thing from Power Rangers.  But alone, they suck.

We didn't get out till about 11:20.  Chris forgot some dishes, Trainee #1 took his closing list home (Bad trainee!), Trainee #2 is clueless.

But I got home.

And here I am.

With my Yahoo! Messenger acting like my grandmother.  After about 11pm, it just kinda goes beddy bye.
(I love you grandma!)

But I don't work again till after July 6th.  Thanks you fireworks stand!!! -praises expensive explosives that make pretty colors-

I'm gonna go play with my apron and a bag of rubber bands now.

~ Work sucks.  Money doesn't

~ When parents are talking, it's easy to sneak out with 3 other people and get bubble tea

Today, I learned the joy of inhaling an entire large balloon of helium, and getting my voice redictiouly high. Then, the fun of getting dizzy from lack of oxygen, falling onto a cafeteria table, making it collapse, and hitting my head about 3 times. All while saying 'Woah!' about 10 times as high as my voice usually is.

Good times...good times

ATTN: Senior Roast (E-mail Copy)

The following message was sent to all Clarinets this evening.  I'm adding it her so more people see it

----------------------------------------------------

ATTENTION ALL CLARINETS!

I know that e-mail communications have not worked well in the past, but this is our last chance!

Senior Roast is TOMORROW at 5pm!  And we still need roast material!

We need material for:
* Michael
* Alana
* Katie
* Kelly
* Miwa
(If we want to roast Jordan, then we need stuff for him too)

There will be a meeting after school (providing we can get enough will participants).  Here is how were hoping to conduct it.

~2:45pm - Meet at meeting place (Someone will write it up on the white board prior to 2:30).  We will talk for about 30 minutes or so to get ideas, then go out on quests to create our roast material.

~4:15pm - Meet back at original meeting place, and practice our stuff!

5pm – Roast time!

Chris will be who you should be looking for at around 2:45.  I have a Science thing to make-up due to Drum Major auditions, but will be there to participate in gathering materials.

So, here is what we need!

IF YOU CAN MAKE IT-
Be ready to share any ideas you have for anyone!  Even a single idea for one person can help!  If you have any embarrassing gifts for the seniors, bring them.  Or bring supplies to make something embarrassing.

IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT-
Please e-mail me back with some possible roast ideas/props/gifts.  If you have something you want to give already, give it to either me for Chris tomorrow at school.

Please e-mail back at least saying if you can make it or not!

Seniors, since we are planning your roast, please don't come to the meeting.  Instead, please e-mail any suggestions for your fellow seniors.  We want this to be as embarrassing as possible!

If you can't e-mail, or just don't want to, call me on my cell phone at (503) 830-7511.  If I don't answer, leave a Voice-Mail please!

Sorry for the last minute notice!

Hmmm..haven't posted in awhile, huh?

Well, my life is boring, cept for one question I have fluttering around my head.

Should I break the vow I made to myself and get a MySpace?

I've already been over the pros and cons.  Biggest pro is communication with friends, biggest con is breaking a long standing vow I've had.

But, it works out to a neutral stance.

So I'm asking for input.

The King has always kinda creeped me out...

Spring Break.  6 days down, 3 to go (Yes, I'm counting the weekends)

Man did I need spring break.  Not only did I just need a chance to sit in my room, listen to Gackt and Ajikan, and do random stuff with friends.  Well, the only really random things have been going ice skating with Jeremy,  Ally and Katie one day, and then going again with Jeremy, Ally, Nathan, Cassandra, Cody and Steven.  And getting Amp's.  Jeez...no more energy drinks for me.  And never mix ZipFizz with an energy drink!  You won't sleep for days.  Literally.

So, almost every day this break, I've taken an hour long break from life, and walked down to Safeway to get some tea.  Today's flavor: ZZSnapple Nectarine White Tea.  It's probally my favorite one so far.  But, I still gotta try some of the others too.  I really don't wanna be very close minded.

I'm also re-installing Adobe CS2 on my computer.  All I've really done with it is use Photoshop to swap heads of people, but it's still fun all the same.  I think I swapped Michael into a supermodel one time.  To bad I lost the file.  I'd so post it here.

Usually, my family goes out and does stuff over spring break.  This time, all we've done so far is buy a movie that only I really have interest in, and buy a new washer and drier since my Mom blew out the transmition on her old one.

I turned yesterday into my little movie day.  Kinda.  It was little since I only watched one and a half movies XD.  I watched Howl's Moving Castle all the way through, and started to watch MI3, but kinda lost interest a bit...But Howl's Moving Castle is so awesome.  And Howl is such a drama queen.  If you've seen the movie, you know what I mean.

And now I getta go to work.  Oh, the joys of a part-time job.
